Anastasia Clarke is a multidisciplinary artist whose primary medium is sound. At the center of her practice, she gives live performances of voice, gesture, instrument. Conceiving performance as a modality for improving the quality of human experience, she is concerned with articulating the many healing and therapeutic efficacies of the live medium.
Anastasia lives variably in New York City and Oakland, CA, where she is a current 2018 MFA candidate in Electronic Music and Recording Media at Mills College. She also holds a B.A. from Bennington College (2010), where she studied music composition.
