the during times (2023)

the During Times was conceived during the early days of the recent global pandemic (circa April 2020). Originally created as palliatives for the dying, grieving, and bereft, these lulling sonic tapestries are intended to encourage the restorative functions of the parasympathetic nervous system. The tracks may be listened to on their own, during sleep, or as a complement to healing or ritual work.

At the time of writing (November 10, 2023), I release these recordings as a response to the massive losses of life in Gaza and Israel/Occupied Palestine over the past month; and as an energetic offering to the still-living affected by war, pillaging, and dispossession all over the globe.

Digital download of album comes with bonus track, "Crystal Clear" (not available for streaming) for a total of 1 hour, 56 minutes, and 30 seconds of listening time.
